Returns Overview
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your JTAI Creative item. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.
To return an item, it should be unworn and in the same condition you received it. This includes any original packaging and tags.
Claims for Misprints, Damage, or Defects (Our Fault!)
In case you receive an item with a printing error, damage, or defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference, and we’ll cover any associated shipping costs.
Lost Packages
Think your package might be lost? Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If we can’t find it, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
How to Return or Submit a Claim

- Describe your issue clearly. Let us know the details of the problem and include any relevant photos if possible.
- We’ll review your request. We’ll assess your situation and let you know if your return is approved. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

- Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Please note that unclaimed packages returned to our facility may incur a reshipment fee to cover the additional shipping costs.
- EU Consumer Notice: EU customers may have different return rights for certain personalized or hygiene-related items.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund amount.
